We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Xerva has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship.

Xerva is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Under certain conditions, individual may invoke binding arbitration Xerva will disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
